In support of Urban Solitude (1999), the Tournedos Tour took Anouk across the Netherlands from 11 February to 21 April 2000, with U-Gene & Oh-Jay in support on every date. The tour's punning name split "tour" and "nedos" across the poster, echoed by the raw steak clutched in a fist above the dates.
Demand added two dates to the schedule at short notice: a second night at Vredenburg and a second at the Anton Philips Zaal, both billed simply as "extra concert," pushing the run to sixteen shows entirely within the Netherlands.
Taken from the first Vredenburg, Utrecht show, one of two audience recordings known for this tour. At Muziekcentrum, Enschede on 7 April, the band played a longer set that added "Georgia (On My Mind)" (Hoagy Carmichael and His Orchestra) and a cover of "Hurt", plus a spoken band introduction before "Sacrifice".
